The short version: order in good faith, and we'll print in good faith.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is created once payment is confirmed. We may decline or refund an order at our discretion, for example when artwork can't be printed.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Intellectual property
SHWING! designs, branding, and site content belong to SHWING! T-Shirts. You keep the rights to artwork you upload, and you grant us permission to reproduce it to fulfill your order.
Business quotes
Business and bulk requests are quotes, not orders. Nothing is produced until a quote is approved and paid.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
